Swim 101 is designed for individuals looking to improve their swimming skills in a supportive environment. With five levels, ranging from building water confidence to enhancing swimming techniques, each group is guided by 1-2 experienced Swim Instructors. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, Swim 101 is the perfect place to start your journey in the water! At the end of the 6 week session participants receive a Swim 101 certificate. Free for Faculty/Staff, Students, and/or Members with facility access
