Open Enrollment

The Open Enrollment period for 2027 benefits is October 1 to October 31 at 11:59 p.m. This is your annual opportunity to enroll in new benefit plans, make changes to existing coverage, and cancel plans you no longer need. For the first time, changes must be made in Workday. To get started, go to your My Task Inbox on October 1. With 24/7 access, you can make changes at your convenience. Again, the system will open for elections starting October 1 and will close at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, October 31. Please note that changes won’t be accepted after this deadline, so make sure to complete your updates in time. Please note: If you have no changes to make, there is no requirement to resubmit current elections or access the online system at all (unless you would like to continue your FSA into 2027). Coverage active on December 31, 2026, will remain at the same level for plan year 2027.
