The Magnolia Cup is a transactional law competition hosted by the University of Mississippi School of Law’s Negotiation Board. This competition involves a deal- terms problem and allows competitors to show off their negotiation and transactional law capabilities over the course of a weekend. Law schools are invited to send up to two teams composed of two students each to compete. Each team is guaranteed two rounds of competition. The competition will take place in person.
