Beginner East Coast Swing & Intermediate Salsa

Sign up for one or the other or take both! East Coast Swing is a lively partner dance that developed from swing dancing in the United States. It’s danced to a variety of musical genres, including jazz, blues, rock-and-roll, and big band music using a basic six-count rhythm with spins, turns, and energetic footwork. This is a beginner class open to all levels of dancers. Salsa is a dynamic and passionate Latin dance style that has captivated people worldwide with its energetic and rhythmic movements. Originating in Cuba and evolving in various Latin American countries, it's a dance of exuberance and connection! This is an intermediate class. Students should be familiar with the basic steps. No partner is necessary for either class! Registration for one class is $60, and if you register for both Swing and Salsa, it’s $100.
